Client Brief

Our client in the Barn Hill conservation area of Wembley wanted to remove a load-bearing wall to create a modern, open-plan kitchen with more space for new kitchen units and a granite worktops.

Our Solution

We provided structural drawings and calculations, managed the building control process, and installed a structural steel beam to safely remove the internal wall. The kitchen was fully renovated with fitted Wren Kitchen units, Stone World granite worktops, and floor tiling.

Complete structural design and calculations, building control management and approval, wall removal with steel beam installation, Wren kitchen unit fitting, Stone World granite worktop supply and fit, and floor tiling.

Project Outcome

The project was completed on time and within budget, with full building control approval. The client was extremely pleased with the new open-plan layout and high-quality finish.
